How to Use A Wheat Warmer

Our wheat warmers can give you many hours of relief from aches and pains a wide variety of injuries and ailments. It will mould itself to any part of the body but particularly around the neck, making it easier to target the pain or therapy. To use a wheat warmer safely please follow this instructions which are printed on the inside of the packaging

DIRECTIONS OF USE

Only heat using a domestic microwave (max 100 watts) and ensure it is clean and free from debris. Place the Wheat Warmer in a microwave and heat on full power for a maximum of:

  • 2mins – 700 Watt
  • 1.5 mins – 1000 Watt

 

Place the Lavender Wheat Warmer on any part of the body (not near open wounds or sensitive skin) for a quick soothing relief.

To use as an ice pack, place in a sealed bag in the freezer for at least 2.5 hours, ideal for treating bruising and swelling.

Never leave the Wheat Warmer unattended during heating and watch for signs of overheating such as a burning smell, or smoke. Should this occur remove the product from the microwave with a non-combustible implement and immerse in cold water.

Always test how warm the wheat warmer is before use, especially if to be used by the young or elderly and supervise others use where necessary.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

When first using this product there may be some excess moisture present after heating. Placing the product on a warm central heating radiator for a few hours will remove this problem.

To machine wash, remove the inner bag containing the wheat grain and place the outside sleeve in the washing machine. Wash at 40 degrees and allow to dry fully before use.

When not in use, leave on a non-combustible surface until cold then store in a clean dry place.

To optimize the benefits of your Wheat Warmer we recommend that after each 5 uses you place a small suitable container holding a little water in the microwave during the heating process. Or place your Wheat Warmer in the refrigerator in an open bag over night. This will maximize the longevity of your Wheat Warmer.
