Returns, Refunds and Shipping Explained

Please note, we are currently away until the 6th June and orders will not be shipped until this date. If you can't wait until then, please email us and we will issue a refund.

If you are considering placing an order with us, please read carefully the information below to know what to expect:

  • Products are dispatched 2-3 working days from recieving the order, this does not include weekends or public holidays
  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a tracked service with a 2-3 day delivery window
  • You will receive tracking code via email when the order is shipped

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event the item doesn’t meet your expectations, or if you simply change your mind and don’t need the item anymore, you have a right to return the item within 14 days from receiving it, as long as it’s unused and in the original packaging.

Please note, if you ask for a refund, we will issue it when the item is returned,
and the amount will only include the price of the item, it won’t include postage
charges.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER IF YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND

When you return an item to us, please remember to include the order number your return relates to, your details and a note stating whether you want a refund or a replacement.


We will only refund postage if the item is faulty. If you changed your mind or want to return the item for other reasons, you will be paying for postage.
The Refund or replacement will only be issued once we receive the return, please make sure to let us know when the item was sent back.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER IF GOODS ARE DAMAGED

If you receive Defective Goods, you need to send them back to us so we can look into the issue. If the fault is acknowledged by Blue Badge Co, we will issue a replacement or a refund according to your preferences. 

If your item is faulty, please get in touch with us and we will share with you a link to arrange collection.

Please Note, you have the same right to get a return or refund if you bought something faulty during a sale. If you ask for a refund on a sale item, you will receive back the amount you paid for. This will be the case even if the sale has ended and the item returned to its original price.

MY ORDER HASN’T BEEN DELIVERED WHEN EXPECTED, WHAT SHOULD I DO

If your order hasn’t been delivered on the expected delivery date, please don’t worry. Please check the tracking details provided with your order. We’re sorry about the inconvenience you might experience and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. In you are still having issues please, email us at hello@bluebadgecompany.co.uk and we will investigate the matter for you.

RECEIVING A REFUND

If you paid by credit card, a refund may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.
For PayPal, refunds will be paid directly into your account, which can take between 3 to 5 days to clear.

Please note, we are not able to refund any postage charges unless there were incorrect or faulty items. We will charge for sending any exchange items by post.
For hygiene reasons, once you open the original packaging, we are unable to refund or exchange any personal care items, unless faulty.

We advise that you ensure the return shipment, as you will be liable for any damage to the goods until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable shipper and retain the proof of sending.
