Shipping Information
Everything you need to know about delivery, returns, and refunds
We've upgraded our shipping service! Nearly all orders now come with full tracked delivery, so you'll know exactly where your package is every step of the way. We ship orders 7 days a week to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Once an order is placed, we cannot modify or cancel it. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase, as we are not responsible for fees related to changes or cancellations.
Shipping Costs
- Free on orders £25+ (after discounts)
- £2.95 for Royal Mail letter service (small items like clocks, stickers, cards)
- £3.95 for small & light products under £25
- £4.95 for larger product orders under £25
- £6.95 for express next-day delivery
Delivery Times & Carriers
- Standard (2-3 working days): Royal Mail 48 or Evri – fully tracked
- Express (Next working day but can sometimes take up to 2 working days): Royal Mail 24 or Evri – fully tracked
- Royal Mail Letter Service: 2-3 working days (untracked, for small items only)
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 pm ship the same day (Mon-Sun, excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed after 2:00 pm ship the next working day
- Some products require 1-7 working days of processing
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking code via email when your order ships. All tracked deliveries come with real-time updates so you can see exactly where your package is.

- Evri: Full tracking available (Track Here)
- Royal Mail Letter Service: Limited tracking available (updates only after delivery attempt)
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to fast processing, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. If you need assistance, email hello@bluebadgecompany.co.uk ASAP. However, any fees for reshipping or returns will be your responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. Please email hello@bluebadgecompany.co.uk so we can provide the return instructions via email. Failure to notify of your returned items may incur additional fees. Do not return to the shipper address on the label.
Returns for Unwanted Items
Include the following details with your return:
- Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty
- A £3 handling fee applies for returns due to change of mind
- Refunds/replacements are processed once we receive the item
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If your order is returned due to incorrect details, a £5.95 processing fee applies for standard shipping or £9.95 for expedited shipping. The same fees will apply if you want the order refunded instead.
Returns for Damaged/Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item:
- Contact us with photos and order details
- If needed, return the item for inspection
- If a fault is confirmed:
- Within 30 days: Full refund or replacement
- 30 days – 6 months: Replacement only
- 6+ months: Refunds depend on proof the defect was present at delivery
Exclusions: Wear & tear, weather damage, accidental misuse, or negligence.
Late or Missing Orders
Check your tracking details first. What your tracking status means:
- "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item" - This means Royal Mail has your parcel but they have not attempted delivery yet
- "Delivered on (Date)" - This means your parcel was successfully delivered to the address you provided at checkout. Please check the location
- "Returned to Sender" - This means the package could not be delivered to the address so they returned it to sender
- While priority shipping typically takes 1-2 business days and standard delivery takes 2-3 business days, occasional delays may occur. Please allow an extension of at least 2 more days from the estimated delivery date

Receiving a Refund
- Credit Card: Up to 10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 days
- Postage fees are non-refundable (unless a faulty/wrong item is received)
- Personal care items cannot be refunded/exchanged if the packaging is opened (unless faulty)
Use a trackable return service and keep proof of postage to avoid lost returns.
