Reachers and Grabbers Lifetime Guarantee
Our reachers and grabbers typically have an average lifespan of 21 years. Our lifetime guarantee covers all reachers and grabbers, excluding the Shoe Helper. If the reacher or grabber you purchased from us breaks, has a missing part, or ceases to function due to regular wear and tear (not misuse), it falls under the lifetime guarantee.
To facilitate the warranty process, we kindly request the following information from our valued customers:

- Details of the damage, along with supporting images:
- Your preference for a replacement or a refund:
- Name or model and size of the product:
- Name and address for shipping the replacement:
For those seeking a replacement or spare parts, please provide as much of the aforementioned information and send it to us at hello@bluebadgecompany.co.uk. We will promptly process a replacement at no cost, which will be delivered within 5-10 business days.
Spare parts available include Classic grabber cords and threading instructions, magnets, claws and jaws with rivets (please note that a riveting tool is required for repair), and handle pins.
Regrettably, we are unable to supply spare parts for the Handi-Grip Range, and a complete replacement is necessary in such cases.
Upon receiving the replacement, you may dispose of the damaged grabber.
