We are passionate about providing employment and training opportunities to people with physical disabilities and mental health problems and we work with a specialist agency called
Pluss to help us tap into local talent. Back in May we began our search for a new Workroom Assistant to join the
team as the business was continuing to grow really quickly. As always, our first step was to get in touch with Alan at Pluss, a social enterprise that supports thousands of people with disabilities into employment every year. Alan sent us some great CVs and we selected a few candidates to invite in for interviews. One of the people we asked was Alex Sinclair, who was taking part in the filming of a documentary called The Special Needs Employment Agency, which follows six people with various disabilities as they search for their dream job.
