About Shipping

Thank you for considering placing an order with us. To provide clarity on our shipping process, please review the information below:

How Much is Shipping?
  • Free shipping on orders £20 and over net of any discounts applied
  • For orders less £20, you will be charged £4.95
  • We also offer express shipping for £6.95
What carrier do you use?
  • Standard shipping is via Royal Mail 48 or Evri with a delivery window of 2-3 working days
  • Express shipping is via Royal Mail 24 or Evri with a delivery window next working day
When will you ship my order?
  • We ship orders six days a week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Orders received before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm are dispatched the following working day
  • Please note that this excludes products that require 1-5 working days of processing time.
Will I receive a tracking number?
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email.
  • For orders shipped via Royal Mail: Tracking will only update once an attempt to deliver is made, there will be a delivery confirmation scan available to view on royalmail.com/track.
  • For orders shipped via Evri: You can track the progress of your order until it's delivered on https://www.evri.com/track/parcel/
My order hasn’t shipped yet - Can I change/cancel it?
  • All orders begin to process in our warehouse systems almost as soon as you place the order from Monday-Saturday. Due to this, it is very unlikely that our team will be able to modify or cancel your order once it begins processing. You may email us at hello@bluebadgecompany.co.uk so we can attempt to cancel or change it but we can't guarantee. Please ensure to thoroughly review your order before submitting it, as we cannot accept responsibility for any fees incurred for reshipping or returning an order.
