Please return items in their original condition with the tags attached for a full refund (excluding our shipping costs). 

Please include the order number your return relates to, your details and a note stating whether you want a refund or a replacement.

We advise that you insure the return shipment, as you will be liable for any damage to the goods until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable shipper and retain the proof of sending.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If returning an international order, clearly mark 'BRITISH RETURN GOODS' on the description to avoid paying unnecessary charges.

You will pay for return postage; we will refund it only if the item is faulty.

RECEIVING A REFUND

We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund which will go onto the card you used to make your purchase. If you paid by credit card, a refund may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete the transaction. For PayPal, refunds will be paid directly into your account, which can take between 3 to 5 days to clear.

We are not able to refund any postage charges unless there were incorrect or faulty items. We will charge for sending any exchange items by post. For hygiene reasons, once you open the original packaging, we are unable to refund or exchange any personal care items, unless faulty.
