Inspiring and uplifting, our wide selection of unique and interesting gift ideas now has even more home comforts and travel accessories. We specialise in manufacturing textile products under the Blue Badge Co brand alongside bespoke products for designers and a number of well-known retailers.
Our products include cosmetic bags, wash bags, hot water bottle covers, eye masks, cushions, kitchen co-ordinates, aprons, tote bags, wheat warmers, key rings, lap trays, door stops, tablet stand and walking stick bags. Our products are now stocked by major retailers including Harrods, Argos, Boots, Lloyds Pharmacies, WH Smiths and The Post Office. Our website features just a few of the products we supply to department stores, pharmacies, and gift shops.
As a UK Manufacturer we can offer low minimum orders and one offs. We use UK suppliers where ever possible and are committed to employing those with limited work options, over 40% of the Blue Badge Co team is either disabled or a primary care giver.
Rigorous quality control system ensures you will be 100% satisfied with the quality of the products at a competitive price, quickly. We are also extremely scalable and can produce significant volume of products when required.
As a vertically integrated company we provide a tier of servicers to help you grow your brand. We can offer everything from the manufacture of the products, access to sales channels, fulfillment and customer services along side specialist services such as packaging design, photography and online marketing advice.
Cut Make & Trim
We can provide a basic Cut Make and Trim (CMT) manufacturing service, availability with our strict quality control in place and fast turnaround.
Our machinists are incredibly highly trained and experienced. Working with homeware fabrics is a speciality of ours, as are designs with complex or intricate components. We also work with a wide range of other fabrics, including velvets and leather. We can provide patterns, all fabrics and components. We can get your designs printed directly onto to fabric, or alternatively you can provide the fabric. We will produce a samples for you that will then enable us to give you accurate costing for your product.
Fulfilment
Picking, packing, storage and distribution services. Either you can have your products made by us or delivered to us and we take care of packing and shipping to customer. We can provide fulfilment of a few product lines or full online ecommerce back office. We have the ability to handle large volumes, processing and delivering product to the end receiver such as Amazon, Boots, Argos or direct to the customer.
Our fulfillment services include:

Merchandising
Alongside our manufacturing and fulfilment service we can also offer listings on our established sales channels. We can optimise your product range for online listing on Not on The High Street and Amazon. This could include creating product copy and arrange photography. We would then manage key onsite campaigns, including seasonal trading peaks. If listing products on your own website, we can advise on optimising product set up and producer page setup.
